Ordering

How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order, either browse the categories in the menu or use the search box for the item(s) you are looking for. To find out all about a product, click on the item to view the details. You can change the quantity you want by clicking the number in the quantity box. This number will automatically be set to 1, so if you click add to basket, 1 will be added. You can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout.

How Do I Checkout?

To checkout either click the basket in the top right hand corner of the screen or ‘checkout’ on the page you are on. Once at the checkout you can either checkout as a guest, or sign up for an account. We would always recommend signing up for an account as it makes checking out easier next time by storing your billing and shipping addresses. PLEASE NOTE: We never store your credit card details and provide a 100% secure shopping experience, so you can shop with confidence.

What Payment Methods Do You Offer?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders using cheque, postal order or bank transfer.

Can I Use A Different Delivey Address?

Yes, at checkout you will be able to use a separate delivery address to your billing details.

How Do I Know My Order Has Gone Through?

Once you have placed your order with us and paid (thank you by the way!), you will receive a confirmation email to tell you your order has been received safely.

I Forgot To Add Items To My Order, Can You Add Them?

Unfortunately it’s really difficult for us to add items to an order once it has been placed and paid for as orders are passed straight to despatch for processing.

Can I Change My Address Once My Order's Gone Through?

When Will My Order Be Despatched?

We despatch all orders the same day we receive them before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes but DON’T DELAY.

As soon as an order is placed and payment is made, the order will be sent to be picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. We therefore request that any cancellations are made as quickly as possible and preferably on the same day that you place the order with us so we are able to cancel the process.

Please message us using the form our on contact page to let us know, we are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm so if you message after 5pm on Friday or over a weekend we won’t pick it up until Monday. We regret that if an order has already been dispatchedwe are unable to recall the package.

All orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day at no extra cost. For orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend, all items will be processed on the next working day.

How Is My Parcel Being Delivered And When Can I Expect It?

We provide a fully tracked delivery service using Evri. This is a 48 hour service (from point of dispatch) for UK mainland and 72 hour service for the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

I Haven't Received My Order, What Can I Do?

If your order has been despatched but hasn’t arrived within the expected time period, please message us using the form on our contact page and we will look into it for you, we aim to respond within 48 working hours of your request being submitted.

Returns

I'd Like To Return My Order, How Do I Do This?

If you have changed your mind on your order, please notify us asap using the form on our contact page within four weeks from the dispatch date of the order.

The item(s) will need to be returned to us in their original condition, with the order number clearly marked on the outer packaging. Once we have received the returned item(s), the value of the item(s) will be credited to you. Please note that the cost of carriage (in either direction) will not be refunded in this case.

My Item Is Damaged, What Do I Do?

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within four weeks from the dispatch date via the form on our contact page. Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference.

Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund.

I've Received The Wrong Item, What Do I Do?

In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you must contact us within four weeks from the dispatch date using the form on our contact page.

Please include a photograph of the incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

One Of My Items Is Missing, What Do I Do?

If you are missing an item please contact us using the form on our contact page asap. You do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent within 3 working days. We will cover the delivery cost. Delivery of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times.

What Are Your Opening Hours?

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm but orders can be placed on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Are The Crystals We Sell Real?

Yes we only stock genuine crystals and work with trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity.
